Matters needing attention in installation and construction of PVC hose
1. The fused parts of the fused pipe fittings and pipes should be kept dry.
2. The connecting surfaces of pipes and fittings must be kept dry, clean and oil-free.
3. Flammable articles such as adhesives and detergents should be kept away from fire sources. The construction site should be well ventilated. During the bonding process, operators should wear protective glasses and gloves.
4. Adhesives and detergents should be stored in places beyond the reach of children.
5. No unclean cloth or bare-handed adhesives or detergents shall be used.
6. Cotton yarns and materials containing adhesives and detergents should be removed in time after the completion of construction.
7. Cutting pipe must make end face perpendicular to pipe axis. Pipe cutting generally uses pipe shears or pipe cutting machines, and sharp steel saw can be used when necessary, but the burrs and burrs should be removed when cutting pipe sections.
8. The hot melt tool can be connected to the power supply until the green indicator lights up.
9. When heating, the pipe end is introduced into the heating sleeve without rotation and inserted into the marked depth. At the same time, the pipe fittings are pushed onto the heating head without rotation to reach the specified mark. The heating time shall be executed according to the instruction for the use of welding tools.
10. When the heating time is reached, the pipe and the fittings are removed from the heating die at the same time, and inserted into the marked depth quickly and without rotation in a straight line, so as to form a uniform flange at the joint.
11. The newly welded joints can be corrected within the specified time, but they must not be rotated.
10. Pipeline should not be bent during installation. When passing through walls or floors, it should not be compelled to correct. When laying with other metal pipes, the net distance should be greater than 100 mm, and polypropylene pipes should be in the inner side of the metal pipes.
12. Open-fitting indoor pipes should be finished after civil decoration. Before installation, holes should be correctly reserved with civil engineering. The size should be 50 mm larger than the outside diameter of pipes. When the pipeline passes through the floor, the steel sleeve should be set up. The sleeve is 50 mm higher than the floor.
13. Strict waterproofing measures should be taken when pipelines pass through floors and roofs. Fixed brackets should be installed on both sides of crossing points.
14. Pipelines buried underneath the ground and inside the walls should be well tested for hydraulic pressure and the acceptance and recording of hidden works.
15. When the pipeline passes through the foundation wall, it should be equipped with metal sleeve to make your installation more secure.
